Price discovery happens over phone calls. Material grading is manual and broker-driven. Compliance documentation is paper-based. Logistics is uncoordinated. And the platforms that exist solve one piece — auctions, or compliance tracking, or steel procurement — leaving the rest to brokers.
Veloce solves the full stack — because the market doesn't break neatly at category boundaries, and building one-silo solutions just moves the fragmentation problem around.
